Flipando is a pioneering GenAI startup specializing in providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of legal departments and law firms, leveraging the transformative power of artificial intelligence technology.

Platform Analysis

To begin the project, an exhaustive heuristic analysis was conducted to diagnose the main usability issues presented by the product.

Once this was completed, an action plan was developed to improve user satisfaction, their experience, and increase the overall chances of success for a digital product.

Redesign of Platform Sections and Navigation

Design

The platform was completely redesigned, focusing not only on the redistribution of sections and navigation changes highlighted by the heuristic analysis but also considering a rebranding of the brand itself. New and scalable elements were introduced, giving the project a fresher and more innovative feel.

A super menu was proposed for the new design, providing users with a convenient shortcut to all the tools the platform offers.

This section was completely redesigned with a minimalist concept in mind. Only the "Get Started" tools are displayed, providing a clear focus for the user, along with some projects completed by other users for reference.

Flipando es una startup pionera en GenAI que se especializa en ofrecer soluciones personalizadas que satisfagan las necesidades específicas de departamentos legales y firmas de abogados, aprovechando el poder transformador de la tecnología de inteligencia artificial.

Análisis de plataforma

Para comenzar con el proyecto sea realizó un exhaustivo análisis heurístico para diagnosticar los principales problemas de usabilidad que presentaba el producto.

Una vez realizado se procedió a elaborar un plan de acción para mejorar la satisfacción del usuario, su experiencia, y aumentar las posibilidades de éxito de un producto digital en general.

Rediseño de secciones y navegación de la plataforma

Se rediseño completamente el diseño de la plataforma poniendo foco no solo en la redistribución de secciones y cambios a nivel navegación que había arrojado el análisis huerístico si no que también se tomo en cuenta diseñar pensando en un rebranding de la marca en si misma, aportando elementos nuevos y escalables que le daban al proyecto un aire mas fresco e innovador.

Se propuso un super menú para el nuevo diseño de modo que el usuario tuviera un atajo cercano hacia todas las herramientas que la plataforma proveía.

Se rediseñó por completo esta sección priorizando el concepto de minimalismo , solo se visualizan las herramientas "Get Started" un enfoque claro para el usuario y algunos proyectos que realizaron otros usuarios para tener de referencia.
